I agree to the copyright assignment to Alley Cat Allies and I am authorized to continue to use the Images submitted on my social media.

I hereby assign, transfer and set over to Alley Cat Allies, exclusively throughout the world, all right, title, and interest in and to all versions of images, photos, video and audio submitted to Alley Cat Allies (the “Images”), including without limitation: the ownership of all copyrights in the Images throughout the world and any and all rights under the copyrights for the full term of all copyrights and any and all renewals, extensions and reversions thereof in the United States and elsewhere throughout the world; any and all versions and derivative Images of the Images and any and all copyrights and renewal, extensions, and reversions of copyrights in such other versions or derivative Images; any and all causes of action for infringement of the Images, past, present, and future; any and all proprietary rights; all of the proceeds from the Images accrued and unpaid and hereafter accruing; and any and all “moral rights” in and to the Images. I hereby represent and warrants that I have not sold, granted, conveyed, or assigned any of my rights, title, or interest in or to the Images, and that with this agreement, Alley Cat Allies is the only entity with any rights in and to the Images. By electronically signing this document, I understand I am transferring full ownership of submitted Images to Alley Cat Allies. For good and valuable consideration, the sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged. I certify that I am eighteen (18) years or older. I also certify that I have consent of anyone depicted in the Images submitted and consent of parent or legal guardian if under the age of eighteen (18), and agree to provide proof of consent upon request. I, my estate, and my heirs expressly release you from any claims that may arise from the Images. I agree to take full responsibility for the content of the Images, holding you harmless from any copyright infringement or liability associated with the use of the Images. INTENDING TO BE LEGALLY BOUND HEREBY, I am executing this Agreement on the date set forth below.
