Our cat Tiger was found on my daughter’s college doorstep in Philly over ten years ago. He is the sweetest cat and rules the house. I was never a cat person, as we always had dogs, until he came into our life. Once my daughters left home, I was very lost, so I thought I would volunteer at a local rescue, as I always loved animals. Well I now care for over 100 cats at the rescue every week, have adopted out five kittens I rescued, and volunteer with Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR), as well as completed my veterinary assistance certificate. Tiger has shown me what loving an animal is all about. He is getting older now but he will always be my little king and in my heart forever.
