I have helped three cats that come and go through my neighbor’s property. I have a landlord that doesn’t want cats on the property, so I give my neighbor a big bag of cat food every two weeks to help her feed the cats. They still come over and sleep on the driveway or in one of my gardening pots, and then in the evening they go back over to my neighbor’s place. They’re skittish so I can’t get close, but they don’t seem to run as far now when I come outside.
