My husband and I have been conducting Trap-Neuter-Return for almost 20 years. It is overwhelming but we keep at it. Thirteen years ago, we moved to Pennsylvania after retiring from the military and brought our many cats with us. It did not end there. Over the years we have come across two barns where cats and kittens have been “dumped.” We have TNRd many of them and sometimes have even found homes for them, as well as taking many of them in ourselves.
